The work area "Personnel. Retention - Development - Organization" is responsible for the approximately 540 employees of the Studentenwerk throughout Schleswig-Holstein. We are the people to contact when colleagues have questions about their pay slips, new contracts need to be written and working time models need to be adapted to changing life situations.
We support our employees when they return to work after a longer break due to illness, pay attention to safety at the individual workplaces and plan events that help maintain health and make our employees feel even better at work. Lifelong learning is not just an empty phrase for us. We highlight prospects and support our colleagues in selecting the right learning opportunities to achieve their personal development goals.
