The "Personnel. Retention - Development - Organisation" is responsible for the approximately 540 employees of the Studentenwerk throughout Schleswig-Holstein.
We are the people to contact when colleagues have questions about their pay slips, new contracts need to be written and working time models need to be adapted to changing life situations.
We support our employees when they return to work after a long period of sick leave, pay attention to safety at individual workplaces and plan events that help to maintain health and make our employees feel even better at work.
Lifelong learning is not just an empty phrase for us. We point out prospects and support our colleagues in selecting the right learning programmes to achieve their personal development goals. Supporting our trainees is particularly important to us.
