The Student Union's Culture & Event Management team provides support in advising, planning and organising various events at the universities in Schleswig-Holstein. This includes the following locations: Flensburg, Wedel, Heide, Lübeck and Kiel.

As a central point of contact on campus, we offer the following services:

Catering (from 50 people) and/or room hire (Mensas SH): please use our form below.
For enquiries about canteen tokens please use: mensamarken@studentenwerk.sh. A canteen token includes one main course from the canteen menu including a side dish, a small dessert and a Waterkant 0.5 litre water.

To ensure the best possible service, please send us a written enquiry first.

The small hall in the Mensa I in Kiel is suitable for a variety of events. We can equip it entirely according to your needs.
