Vision and priorities

We have a vision that guides our daily lives, actions and decisions. We want to offer students the support they need to succeed in their studies. Together with them, we would like to develop further. Our priorities show a more detailed picture of our work.

It is of great concern to us that we always orient our offers and services to the needs of the students. We see ourselves as the Studentenwerk of all students in Schleswig-Holstein - regardless of religion, nationality, gender or similar. We strive to always keep an eye on the future and to meet the concerns of future students. Sustainability is not only important to our students, but also to us. Step by step, we are trying to develop into a more sustainable company. However, we always keep the economic aspect in mind as well, because economic action is important to us.

In its priorities, the Studentenwerk SH also looks at its own employees. We have given ourselves ten values that we want to live by every day. It is not only our goal to develop as an organization, but also our employees. We want to give everyone the opportunity to learn more and expand their knowledge. Because we know that the greatest treasure is health, we as a company support our colleagues in maintaining or regaining it.
