It's exam time again. And before we change anything, it all too often happens that we repeat our unwelcome and sometimes dysfunctional patterns.
Typically, students complain that they started studying too late and/or the familiar nervousness and exam anxiety reappear and may even have gotten worse.
In our workshop "Stress Management", you will find out how you can motivate yourself better, create a helpful learning structure and what you can do concretely to combat excitement and anxiety before and during exams.
The online seminar is free of charge and lasts about 90 minutes. The workshop takes place regularly on the first Thursday of every month at 16:45.
