"Take good care of yourself! Our colleague Ramona López shows how to do this in her online lecture. She points out that everyone has to find the right dose for themselves so that university studies do not end up in a toxic circle of excessive demands.
In order to stay psychologically healthy, strengthened personal resilience and good stress management are particularly important. Alarm signals from body, mind and soul want to be perceived. The students reflect together with Ms López which alarm signals they know about themselves and how they can counteract them with beneficial methods. These self-care measures can only be designed individually and are multifaceted.
