Relaxation techniques

Take time for yourself in the winter semester and get to know established relaxation methods in a small group (max. 10 people)
as well as short, effective skills that can help your body and mind to relax more.
In addition to the input from psychologist Susann Schraff, you are welcome to try out the relaxation techniques in the group, contribute your own experiences and exchange ideas with the other participants.
